Shipping & Returns

1. We offer worldwide shipping. Items delivered to United States are in beautifully presented packaging. You can place an order online 24 hours a day, and your order will be dispatched within 12-24 hours after your payment is received. The tracking No. of your package will be sent to your email within 12-48 hours. You may use the tracking number to check the status of your order online.

2. We will deliver your order by DHL / FEDEX / EMS / UPS (Online Tracking). And it normally will arrive within 6-10 business days. Orders maybe be delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, or availability of the product.

3. We accept international orders and offer worldwide free shipping(over $90 USD purchase). We usually ship the international order by DHL / UPS / FEDEX / EMS / USPS. It only takes 5-8 days for orders delivered to destinations like Hong Kong,Japan,Australia and European countries.

4. We cannot deliver your order to a P.O. Box address, so be sure to give us a street address.

Tracking My Order

After your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your order's tracking number from us. You can track your order via the Order-tracking Websites by using your tracking number.

Shipping and Handling Policy

Basically, the item will be sent out in 1-3 business day. It'll take no more than 5 business for handling. It'll take 3-5 days for delivery. If you don't receive the item in two week after the payment, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem in time. The wrong delivery often happens because of the wrong undeliverable address or mistake made by postman, (the internaional shipping will take much longer).

Order cancellation policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following Returns & Exchanges policy:

We want you to love your Coach product, but we get that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for free within 30 days for an exchange or a refund in your original form of payment.

Purchases made via PayPal or other third-party payment processors may be returned by mail for a refund to the original account or to a Coach store for store credit.

Purchases can be returned by mail or to a Coach store near you and must be in new or unused condition.

We’re sorry, but customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes Coach Create or monogrammed items and cut-to-size belts. If you’re not satisfied with your customized Coach Create piece, however, bring it to a Coach store with customization services and our craftsmen will switch out your embellishments for free.
Returns By Mail (U.S.)

Fill out the return form included in your order and include it in your package. Attach the prepaid UPS label included with your order to your shipping box and drop the box at a UPS location. Your return or exchange will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt. (Timing of when it will post to your account will vary depending on your bank).
Returns By Mail (Canada)

Fill out the return form included in your order and include it in your package. Return your order via an insured, traceable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx or USPS and make the label out to:

Returns to Stores

Please note: Purchases made at Coach Retail stores cannot be returned at Coach Outlet stores, and vice versa.

Purchases with a receipt or online invoice: A refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
Purchases without a receipt or online invoice: A refund will be issued in the form of Coach store credit at the lowest prices of the items offered within the last 30 days.

Price Adjustments

If an item has been marked down within 14 days of your purchase, you may bring it to a Coach Retail store along with your receipt
or email us for a price adjustment.
